Preparing body for TTC

Hubby and I have decided that we want to TTC in May on our belated honeymoon! Super excited, but I have very irregular periods and was just wanting to know what some of you ladies have done to prepare your body for TTC? I do have a GYN appt on the 9th, but it would be nice to know some other opinions from people who are in my shoes. Thank you!! :)

Yes dh too! I make mine take a multivitamin for men, fish oil, vitamin E and a probiotic.

Eating healthier, replacing meat proteins with vegetable proteins, watching your waistline, make sure your boo takes vitamins also & loads up on zinc. Best wishes & baby dust!

Thanks Melissa! I will definitely look into some different vitamins. I'm taking a prenatal vitamin now and of course with the new year I have intentions of eating healthier and exercise ;)

Taking prenatal and extra flic acid, plus the vitamins lacking in my diet like B and fish oil. Also trying to exercise regularly but not too hard.
