Anything new to try?
So I decided if I do get the dreaded BFN and AF, I made a list of things I'm going to try different this month. One is drink lots more water! Another is to start tracking bbt. I'm not sure how that is going to help me because I get up at different times in the morning each day and sometimes in the middle of the night but we wil see how it works for me.
What are some things you've done or want to do after the BFN and AF? I'm looking for tips :)
