Hubby has the flu- will his high fever kill our chances??

TTC for 2 mos- hubby has a fever 102 for 2 days. Bringing it down with Tylenol & mortrin but wondering- will it mess with his sperm? I'm so close to O day. :-( how long will the effects last if any??
