Bad acne! Please help!

Here is a before and after of me. I have bad eczema on my face. So I have to use a prescription cream to help with the dryness. And also I don't wear make because it irritates my skin. And I'm also noticing the un-evenness and the redness of my skin. And acne is something I've never had any trouble with I maybe get two pimples before AF shows up. Im thinking and maybe hormone changes but if I am pregnant it's too early to tell. Do you guys have any advice?!? Thank you!!​
