For the past 10yrs I struggled with dibilating anxiety and panic attacks.  Last year with the help of a phsycologist and phsyciatric nurse I was able to get it under control. ( I tried for so long to do it myself and not to take meds) I am currently taking Lexapro 30mg which had given me my life back. I am very afraid to go off of it and the phsyciatric nurse advises that I don't. He also said that it is a class C med and they don't know if it can harm the baby, and that his other patients haven't had any trouble. I'm just wondering if anyone is in this situation or knows of anyone who was.  Thank you
