Hi ladies! I'm wondering what the consensus is for PNV or supplements to take to ensure a healthy pregnancy. Has your docs recommended anything else? I'm currently taking Prenatal One once a day(has 800 folic acid) and 1 omega 3 fa pill( called new chapter whole mega). Both are from my local Whole Foods. My OBGYN said to increase folic acid to 1 mg daily. Also does anyone take a baby aspirin as well?? Thoughts? Thanks much!
