Hormone tests pcos

tomorrow i am having blood tests taken to check all my hormone levels again ( i have pcos) these tests need to be carried out on day 2,3 or 4 of my cycle, However i am concerned as my period is very light like a few drops a day usually its really heavy. I am worried this will affect the results of my tests. I don't think im pregnant (neg results) i did ovulate this month which is unusual for me so wondering if this is messing up my period. Any help or insight would be great. Thanks Char
