I had surgery on 1/6/14, to remove an ovarian cyst and endometriosis. AF due on 1/24/14. Still has not shown up yet, had some cramping like for 2-3 days like AF was coming. Cramping stopped, no spotting. The only symptom I'm feeling is sore boobs. Can surgery affect your cycle???? Anyone else going through this as well? Should I test, or just wait for AF? (I'm really not trying to get my hopes up for nothing...again)
