Two Week Wait Diet

Ok I made that up but I've been researching nutrition and foods for TTC to see if I could up my chances of conceiving.

​Pineapple (the core specifically) is supposed to be great to eat the 5 or so days after you ovulate. It contains the enzyme bromelain which has anti inflammatory properties that support implantation.  
​Also foods that contain beta carotene are great for the luteal phase because the nutrient encourages cell growth and can help prevent early miscarriage by keeping hormones balanced. So, sweet potato, pumpkin, carrots, cantaloupe, yellow peppers. 
​Also warm foods like soups and stews are good for this phase. A warm body is the best environment to promote growth.  Avoid ice cream. 
​Anyone know any other important foods??
