Missed miscarriage PTSD??

Hello. 
​After conceiving in October (with low chance of conceiving) we were extremely excited! Our families and best friends new and we couldn't wait until Xmas to tell everyone else! We went for our 13week ultrasound on December 20/13 and our poor wee one had Passed away  at  7w5d. We were devastated. I had no symptoms no spotting no cramping nothing! The doctor rushed me to ER for immediate surgery since I had the baby in me dead for 5 weeks it was harmful to my health. Ever since I've had nightmares nearly every night. Me bring in the OR and watching the surgery and hearing voices tell me it's my fault (while sleeping) I'm so sad and depressed by  it I'm scared to go to sleep. I'm seeing a psychiatrist tomorrow hoping it helps. Wonder if anyone else has experienced symptoms if PTSD? 
We are back and trying again! Hesitant , scared but excited!

I had a missed miscarriage in 2008 I had spotting at 9 weeks but scan confirmed baby had died at 7 weeks. It took me over a year to get over this & try again but we went on to have another healthy baby boy (we already had a little boy before the miscarriage)   Trying again now for number 3 so good luck to you too x

Us too! Our first as well! It's completely heartbreaking. I gained 20pounds from dec23-feb 1 yikes! I'm on ideal protein and have lost 10 so far but it still doesn't make me feel any better! I'm such a happy person all the time and always just put on a show and I'm tired of it too. Maybe If you went and talked to someone it'll help? Your husband is also grieving and most likely is on edge. But that doesn't give him an excuse to be mean. He needs to be there for you more than anyone. I hope things turn around for you and you can find something in this to make you smile again. My husband bought me a necklace that says " too beautiful for earth" with the date of surgery on back with an angel wing and the June pearl. Anytime I feel sad and can't be sad a hold it in my hand.

Hi Casey, I also lost my baby on October in similar circumstances. No pain, no spotting, no cramps, nothing. Just went in theory to hear my babys' heart beat and he was dead :'(

​I've been depressed, sad, anxious, can't sleep well... And nobody understands my pain. I feel so lonely... My husband don't want to try for another baby, it was our first one.

​Right now don't know how to feel, I want to cry all day but put a happy face so I dont worry my family. 
​
​Also I gained some weight with my pregnancy and now not only with no baby, fat, crazy hormones, difficult to loose weight and my husband calls me fat and that I should be loosing weight to look better.

​:'( really want this pain to go away forever...
