Had operation not sure if I bleed from that

Had laparoscopy a week ago on Monday just gone I bleed from last Monday to this Monday 3 days ago, they said I would bleed as I had it on my stomache I will bleed for a week, af says due on Saturday how do I say period is late if af is late or dosnt show  because If I delete it , my ovulation dates will be wrong, not sure if I bled last week that was from op then af took over cause it did look like af
