Want your company to pay for Glow First?
Glow just introduced a new program called "Glow for Enterprise" whereby your company pays for any and all employees and their partners to enroll in Glow First. That means - YOUR COMPANY - and not you - pays the $50 a month contribution. And should anything go wrong, you benefit from the mutual fund and could have thousands of dollars to help you seek treatment for infertility.
As anyone who has gone for infertility testing, IUI and or IVF can tell you - the costs quickly add up. Even when you have decent insurance and live in one of the 15 states that mandates infertility coverage, so many of the procedures are simply not covered. Medication alone can costs thousands. (Ladies who are doing IUI and IVF - back me up here - can you share some of your out-of-pocket costs to date?)
Wouldn’t it be great if your company gave you this free option? It comes at a very small cost to them and signals some amazing things: Namely that they are a progressive, innovative company who cares deeply about their female workforce and retaining and nurturing that workforce. That they realize how stressful TTC can be and that they want to support you in any way they can.
The beauty of the system lies in its COMPLETE anonymity. Your company will NEVER know which employees are trying to get pregnant - only numbers. We keep your information completely private. So you can make the best decisions for you. You can track your health. Prepare for pregnancy. And should you need it - get assistance paying for infertility treatments.
