I suffer from PMDDand up until 2 months ago it was controlled by my YAZ birth control. I'm now obviously having major mood swings and anxiety again... Anyone have a natural remedy for these symptoms? I haven't contacted my doctor yet. Was hoping it wouldn't be a major issue... First time off the YAZ in 8 years. I don't want a prescription with trying to get pregnant.
