TMI Pic .. Advice please!

Emily • Pregnant with #3! Due May 6th 2015
Soo I ov'd on 3/18 and the past 3 days now I've had cramping like I do on AF but still no AF... I put in a tampon this morning to be prepared and when I changed it this is what I got...
​ I also took a HPT this morning and got a BFN... Maybe AF is coming? Or is this implantation?
