Late AF, but negative HPT

I need help.. My cycle is very short (usually 24-25 days). However i am today on my 28 DPO and Af is still absent. My BBT keeps rising and my last HPT was yesterday and is still negative. I have a lot of CM for a week and mild cramps. Any suggestion? Thanks
