Mirena Removal/ Pregnant?

Question

so I had the mirena inserted Febuary of 2012, and since January of 2014 I was having pregnancy feelings, nausea, morning sickness, etc..I recently removed it myself Febuary 14th, it had sperm on it and I hadn't had intercourse since mid January and I had a very light spotting for 6 days...my period was suppose to come last week on Friday, but it didn't..
​ I've been feeling very...pregnant..lately. this would be my second pregnancy if I am. I have a two year old daughter. 
​I feel as if something is moving around in my stomach and I don't know what to think. I am 19 years old, someone please give me advice or anything.

I took mine out in December by myself. My side effects weren't too terrible except for the weight gain. I feel better now without it my moods have been a lot better they were kind of crazy when I had it. I heard about a "mirena crash" some women have after getting it removed luckily I didn't have to deal with that.

Yay I just pulled it out then! I feel so relieved. I had mine in for 2 years as well, can't wait to see the positive, hope this weight falls off quick!!
