I took my Iud out, to try and get pregnant

Ok so last month to be specific the 30 of February.. I've been sexually active since me and the hubby are trying to conceive yesterday and today I have been spotting not a lot only when I wipe could I be pregnant AF inset scheduled till the 4th of April???
