Pls help

Me n my hubby been trying for 2 months now last month I had my ad feb 4th it was very light for 5 days. My cycles is usually 42 days  now 10  late. I had a blood test done  2 days after and it was negative do you think that was too early. I did do a urine test at 8 days and also was negative. I've been feeling really tired for two weeks always peeing, I have lower back aches and my uterus feels heavy... Pls help anyone had this and was pregnant I really hope I am????
