HELP! O emergency!

I'm only CD 10 and I took clomid 100mg CD 3-7 (this is my first month with that dose the 2 months previous I took 50mg) I was having cramps so I decided wth I am going I start O teating today and right off the bat I tested positive for peak O. I used clearblue advanced digital. . .before when I took the lower doses of clomid I O'd on CD 15 so I'm not sure if this is bc of the increased dose. I called my dr bc I'm supposed to get a blood test done to make sure I O'd. My SO works out of town so we have to make arrangement when I O on days he is away. I'm not sure what to do my dr said go ahead and BD and get the blood test but has this happened to anyone else? Will I have a good egg if I O this early?? Advice, comments, similar stories I want to hear anything you have to say!!
