OVULATION , CRAMPS AND OPKS

So since I'm bf I get nervous that I don't always ovulate . Is it possible to have ovulation cramps and a pos opk and not actually be ovulating . I got to thinking I'm still exclusively breast feeding my 8mo day and night . And before him I knew when ovulation was occurring bec of EWCM .. But I have none what so ever just watery /milky or sometimes creamy looking cm . My cycle returned in January . Didn't have a sign of AF in February then I started using opks February 28th then 17 days llater AF showed . I got a pos opk Monday at cd15.. And I'm just courious as to if I'm ovulating or not ....
