Any runners out there?
I took up running last June through a local athletic store. The most I ever run is 5 miles at a time, but took a few months off during the snowy months. I'm getting back to it now and plan on doing mostly 5ks...but am worried this will somehow hurt my chances of ttc. Any runners out there who concieved while training for runs? Do I avoid it during my tww? I'm nervous!
