Miscarriage when everyone else is pregnant

For anyone else who has gone through what I am going through, please comment! My sister-in-law and I both found out we were pregnant at the same time, due in the same week. Sadly, I miscarried at 8 weeks. It is very hard being around her now. We are close and I'm sure it's awkward for her too. I feel like I just have to get over it but I think it will just take time.DH and I spend 2.5 years trying plus 3 IUI's. They only tried for 3 months. Any advice for how to cope?
