Cycle issues rant!!

I normally ovulate around day 17 and have a 10 day luteal phase. Both my naturopath and acupuncturist have been trying to move OD to around day 13. So last cycle AH was 5 days late and I had sore breasts post ovulation which was odd for me. Then my LH spiked at around CD 12 (great!!) but now my bbt has not risen (not great) and I have no clue now what day AF will visit. Very frustrated and confused because I thought I knew my cycle quite well! Arggh!  Also using progesterone cream to raise my levels. 2 years TTC baby #1.
