Implantation bleeding(TMI)

Can implantation bleeding occur 7 days after a missed period?? I am very regular and normal with my cycles and have had pregnancy signs so I am so confused and don't want to believe this is AF. The blood and flow is only very light and a light colour. Usually I have very heavy flow and dark blood. Anyone else experienced this? Any advice would be handy.
