Confused?!

Hi there! Before I ramble on, I am waiting for my appointment at the dr but just want to see if anyone else experienced the same. My last period was a month ago and it was 9 days late (first concern) then period came and went and a week after ovulation I had a one day bleed, it was very red and had slight cramps, then hubby and I were intimate and I bled again, no cramps or pain and it stopped after an hour. It's a week before my next period but I am not sure what is going on... Anyone experience this? What were your outcomes?
