BFP after miscarriage and ectopic

two years ago I had a miscarriage at six weeks & four months shy of two years I had an ectopic pregnancy & had my right tube removed. I believe I'm about 5-6 days late as of today & decided to take a test yesterday and two this morning! I got my BFP! But I'm in denial and super nervous. Just praying this is the real deal & that this "maybe baby" is in the correct place & sticks!
