Is spotting and cramps a sign of ovulation???

Opks measure the amount of LH in your urine but us women always produce LH so it can pick up and show a faint line. Your looking for wen the two lines match in shade x it may well be implantation or sometimes sex can cause spotting. X

Two days into my fertile window i had mild cramps and a little brown spotting. I didnt use a opk until day 2 but it was faint could i have missed the day i ovulated or would it be faint before? Ive never used these before and they are easily confusing me.
