Woke up in blood ...? 5 weeks pregnant

This morning I woke up in some blood, enough to go through my pajama pants and I rushed to the bathroom to pee and bled a little more. If I stand up or pee I still bleed, not as much but still.. Should I be worried? I'm kind of freaking out.

I slipped in the tub and had some bleeding and went straight to emergency. Turned out it was good I went because I had a placental abruption. Hope your okay though!

There are women who bleed throughout their pregnancies. But to be on the safe side, I think it is important that you go to your doctor. Let us know. hugs!
