Late BFPs

Is it possible to be pregnant and PTs just not say BFP for a few weeks? I'm having a ton of symptoms of being pregnant mainly being the fact that I'm nauseated about 85% of the day and smells trigger a serious want to rush to the bathroom and let what little bit of food I can eat back out again and peeling like crazy but I've taken 2 HPTs and bfn on both. Could I still be pregnant?
