Lots of pain, what is this???!

It's 2:50 am and I'm in a lot of pain, I have this sharp pain in the lower left side of my abdomen that was shooting down to my va jj, its intense. I was put on clomid cd 5-9 and on cd 16 I got a positive opk and believe I actually ovulated on cd 18, I felt this crippling pain in my left side but only for a few seconds. I've been unbelievably bloated, I've been slightly nauseous and my nipples are tender, which is something that never happens.i also had some creamy cm yesterday. I've been reading that some women feel implantation but I feel like this is too early for that. Can anyone relate to this pain? It's now 2:54 and it's starting to subside. Anyone know what this could possibly be? My period is due the week of the 23rd.
