This may be a dumb question

Crissy • Mon, Jun 16 • Pregnant with #1 together, #4 total!! Excited and nervous, this is our rainbow baby!!!

So I got my BFP a whole week before my AF was due. So of course today when she's due I took a test and suuuuper dark blue line. How many of you ladies have had this happen and any of them multiples? My fam has me thinking it might be more than one lol.
