period been weird for past 3 months

Hi idk what to think cause my period has been weird these last 3 months , i bleed for a while but its not a normal period its only spotting it comes and goes and its weird af idk what else to do cause i went.to the doc but everthing was normal im think wtf is normal about this! my boobs been sore like a burning sore and my back has been sore and headaces idk what else to think! IM SO CONFUSED!!
