Delayed/skipped ovulation from being sick?

So, it's never a convenient time to be sick, but even more awful when it interferes with TTC! I'm lucky that I ovulate and have a very regular 26-28d cycle. But just when you think you know yourself... Right before my fertile time, I came down with the flu and a possible minor case of viral meningitis. I was in bed for a week and it's been 3 weeks now and I still haven't fully recovered. I still took my opk's and bbt and tried to bd, but I've had 'high fertility' on the opk for 12 days now and my temp is consistent. What gives? Could I have had an anovulatory cycle? I have no idea when to expect AF now. Might she visit late? Has something similar happened to anyone else?
