Cervical Mucus Question

​Just have a quick question, as I am new to ttc. This is my 5th month after stopping bc, and have been tracking since then but still am confused. Today I am cd 8, on a 35 day cycle (I o on cd 21-22). Anyways, yesterday and today I noticed that I have quite a bit of very slippery cm! I've yet to see anything in the past 5 mons that I'd classify as "egg-white", but this is probably the closest. (Though not stretchy). Anyways, my question is: I took an opk today and it was negative, but with my cm, could I be ovulating really early?? Or could it be a side effect of the meds that I've been on recently due to illness (Dr rx'd augmentin and robitussin with codeine for my cough)? Thanks in advance for your help. Xx
