Petrified for my ultrasound today

Hiiiii all.  I have an ultrasound today and am so scared!  I am 7 weeks 2 days and went through 4 rounds of fertility drugs to get this positive pregnancy!  I had 2 m/c last year, one of which I found out at the ultrasound.  I have been really sick and having way more symptoms than that time but of course I woke up this morning feeling fine.  Anyone going through or went through something similar??
