Twinless twin? Still pregnant?

I'm going crazy y'all! Both my mom and my doctor asked me if I could be pregnant. It's not possible. I'm not trying and haven't been "exposed" since I got pregnant with my angel in March. But I /feel/ pregnant. My chest hurts, I've had cravings, the phantom movements are getting more frequent, and I've gained weight. Not much, but a little bit. I'm so frustrated. I know it's not possible unless they missed something when I miscarried my baby at 9w5d. All they found on my ultrasound after my MC was a thick endometrium and a 3cm mass.  Idk how to bring it up without sounding crazy! What would y'all do?
