Bleeding at 6weeks- anyone else?

Hi there!
​Yesterday I was just walking and felt suddenly a rush of liquid down there- went to the loo and there was red blood on my pants and more when I wiped. I didn't have anymore after that.  Went to hosp and I'm still pregnant and blood levels are fine (didn't measure hcg which is odd)

​So not out the woods yet but anyone else had this and turned out okay?

Same thing happened to me and I freaked out, dr told me to go to the er to get it checked out, but the US there could only show the sac. My dr says it will be a couple weeks before they know if everything is ok, but some women spot blood their whole pregnancy. Eek! Hang in there and keep your fingers crossed!
