TTC and not sure how to feel.?

So this has been our first month TTC and I'm starting to feel like I'm the only one in it. We promised we would still try keep it fun and exciting in the bedroom so it doesn't feel like we are only doing it for a baby but also for the fun and I have also kept the "cycle talk" (so to speak) to minimum so he doesn't get to freaked out about ovulation etc. I'm frustrated because he seems like he doesn't want to BD as much as me. Every other day during fertile period is all I'm aiming for but he always complains that he has had a rough day or is tired...I don't think it's normal. And it's only our first month trying. ?
