I'm confused...

Okay so my periods are irregular. I had been stressed and my cycles are normally 35-45 but this last one was 102!!. I've had blood tests done and dr told me that it's all normal. I'm just not ovulating.. That's why no period. I started taking vitex 2-3 weeks ago hoping for some regulation and maybe ovulation? Today I finally received AF!! Do you think that means I ovulated? Hopefully vitex is working and I'll get a regular cycle this month or at least a shorter one. Please cross your fingers for me ! Lol
