With my 1 year old twins I tried to conceive for 3.5 years and had multiple IVFs due to my ex husbands male factor infertility. My boyfriend and I decided to go ahead and try for a new baby. I had the Mirena removed on June 6 and had a bit of a withdrawal bleed, ovulated about 2.5 weeks later and had a positive test 10 days after that!
