Any previous Preeclamspia or HELLP Syndrome ladies!?!

This is my 3rd pregnancy . So far has been Smooth sailing , which it always is until about 25 weeks. I am 19 weeks. With my first pregnancy I had my son at 27 weeks due to a placental abruption caused by severe preeclampsia, and my second pregnancy I had gestational diabetes , choleostasis, severe preeclampsia , and hellp. Crazy that we even tried for a 3rd! We were hoping for a girl 16 week elective ultrasound said boy! Lol. Just wandering if there are any other women out there who has been through the same or similar.

I developed HELLP during my first pregnancy. My son was delivered at 37/5, healthy, but via emergency c-section because I was at risk for organ failure and/or coma. The HELLP went undiagnosed because my blood pressure is naturally low and didn't get high, just elevated for me.

I went 6 days over with my first doctors didn't find anything wrong bit 6 day after having a emergency csection I has a seizure. Turned out to be preeclampsia.. I was fine with my second and now pregnant with my 3rd.. But when I did the blood testing at 10wks I was told I have gestational diabetes.. I changed doctors and was told they don't test for that till after 20 something weeks.. I'm totally confused and nervous.
