Panic attacks!?

Question

So last night I was having a very vivid dream about my childhood...which wasn't the best. I woke up to find that I was having a panic attack. Seeing that I am only almost about 9 weeks... I am freakibg out. I have an appointment Thursday to get insurance so I can see a gyno. But I am scared that the attack which lasted 15 minutes has hurt the baby. Has anyone had this symptom before? And if so, is your baby okay? I am terrified of a misscarriage.

I had a bad dream last week about childhood too- and spent the next five hours bawling my eyes out panicking that I would be a terrible mom. Not fun, being emotional sucks. I can't remember the last time I cried and the only way I could stop was telling myself I have to go to work.

I have had lots of these after finding out I was pregnant. I have nights where my dreams bothered me so bad I was either having palpitations all night or waking up and gasping for air. I have also woken up with my skin red hot and sweating. I think you should be fine. I think most of what you are feeling is all in your head. Good luck anyways and sweet dreams hopefully.

Try to stay calm- I know it's hard. I'm sure everything will be fine. Try to get your min off it and be kind to yourself- go to a movie with some friends, have some icecream. Xoxo
