Pregnant with my 2nd no symptoms

I'm 9 weeks with my 2nd I have my first scan in 2 weeks but this time round is completely diffrent than when I was pregnant with my 1st. I think I had every pregnancy symptom going and all I wanted to do was sleep. I know they say u carnt feel your baby at early stage but I always had butterfly feelings and this time round I'm not even having butterfly's. My mw told me not to worry but I just want to hear from anybody who has or is feeling similar to me thanks x
