Planning for the future, asking for tips/advice!
Hello everyone! I am 18 and not planning to get pregnant anytime soon. I haven't even got a boyfriend at this time. However, I know that at some point I will be at that point in my life when I will be starting a family.
I've been thinking that I should start getting my health in check and also my life-right now.
I am wondering what your daily diets and exercise routines are. I am also wondering, if you are pregnant or a parent, are there any things you do to make sure you stay healthy and your children stay healthy? Physically, mentally, in your relationship, etc...
