Is BFP with no symptoms possible?

I've heard that many women don't know they are pregnant for WEEKS! I have a friend who had no clue until he was already 14 weeks! Is this normal? Is there a high percentage of women who don't experience early signs of pregnancy?

sounds crazy but my cousan didnt know till 4 months. and another girl I knew didnt knew the whole time (till labor). maybe they were really stressed and wasnt in tune with their bodies?
