TWW symptoms

I am 10dpo. I'm not sure if I'm feeling early AF symptoms or early pregnancy symptoms. They are so alike for me it's ridiculous it drives me crazy. I have the worst heartburn, nausous, mood swings like crazy, (tmi) valva lips are a purple color, I'm going to the bathroom at least twice an hour, my bbs feel full and not sore, I'm eating things that Normaly I would turn away and I'm eating at crazy times of the day that usually I wouldn't eat. I got a bfn this morning (I'm so inpatient). Anyone in the TWW with crazy symptoms? Or any symptoms at all?
