No symptoms - worried

I'm 10 weeks pregnant with my second. And I have not really had any major symptoms. Only thing is sore boobs which today have eased off. I have my 1st scan on the 12th and I'm just really nervous for it incase there's nothing there. I'm just looking for some reassurance really if anybody was/is feeling the same and all was fine
