Has anybody every tried this supplement? I started it 2 wks ago in an attempt to balance hormones which I thought was responsible for painful periods and spotting before and after af . This past cycle was so painful and having spotting still on cd 11. I usually have brown spotting but this month is more dark red with almost o type cramps.
