Problems with the husband

So I and my husband have been wanting to try and have a baby. He brought up starting to try a few months ago so I was so excited he was finally on board with trying. But I am afraid we are never going to conceive because my husband never wants to have sex. It is maybe like 3 times a month I'm like how are we going to have a baby if you won't ever have sex with me? It's usually not even when I am ovulating either when he is in the mood. Idk what to do to get him in the mood I have tried everything. I have tried to talk to him and many other things. I just don't know what to do anymore. Any thoughts would be great thanks.
