Conception pain in Fallopian tubes
I was wondering if those of you who have been pregnant ever felt pain or slight discomfort abdominally where the Fallopian tubes are after conceiving when the fertilized egg is traveling to the uterus? I know the cells are so small, so I don't think it would be possible.
